How To Deactivate UAN Account | How To Deactivate Old UAN Number:
Before deactivating your old UAN account you should transfer your PF amount from your old UAN number to new UAN number either in online or by offline by filling EPF transfer form 13. Once you confirmed that your PF amount was successfully transferred then you need to send an email to email@example.com regardig cancellation of your UAN account.

By mistake, I have got Two UAN numbers, and I have already transferred my PF amount from old UAN number to new UAN number, so I request you to please deactivate my old UAN number 100123456XXX.
It may take 15-30days to deactivate your old UAN account by EPFO. Once your UAN account was deactivated then you can avail all the online facilities provided by EPFO.
